Only the guests specified in the contract are permitted on the property. Children, infants and babies must also be specified as individual persons. In case of overcrowding, Bookiply or the host is entitled to demand additional payment for the respective period of time. The landlord is also entitled to expel the excess persons from the property.
Small, independent and very quiet holiday house in Andalusia, southern Spain, not far from the Costa del Sol, on the edge of the natural park of Sierra Tejeda. The next village, Canillas de Albaida, is about 4 km away and can be reached in about 10 - 15 minutes by rental car. There you can do your shopping in a small supermarket, there is a bank, a small outdoor shared pool, and several very good restaurants.
Casa Moscatel is a private winery surrounded by a plot of land of 5,800 square meters covered in vineyards. Here you will find the main house, where the very nice German owner lives, and a separate guest house with its own entrance and parking spaces. From the property, you have a wonderful view of the sea, the mountains, and the nearby nature reserve. There are some cats and a dog that belong to the owner. The guesthouse Casa Moscatel is situated at an altitude of about 800 m above the sea level and can be reached using a separate entrance next to the dirt road.
The guest house is bright, rustically furnished and has a total living area of approx. 35 square meters with free Wifi access. In the living room, there is a German SAT-TV as well as a sofa bed in which a child can sleep. In the kitchen you will find everything you need for your holiday (gas stove, fridge + freezer, coffee machine...). Mosquito nets are available on all windows. For warm summer days there is a standing fan at your disposal. There is electric heating.
In the bedroom, there is a large double bed (150 cm x 200 cm), and a beautiful shower room. The approx. 35 square meters of living space has been optimally used.
The saltwater shared pool (without chlorine!) is about 8 m long, 4 m wide and about 1.60 to 2 m deep. Of course, guests of Casa Moscatel can use the pool.
We would like to point out that as a rule we cannot accept any bookings with booking gaps of more than 2-3 days maximum. The holiday home must therefore be free for up to 2 days before any arrival and after any departure; otherwise, at least 7 days.
General information
Renting a car or a private car is mandatory, as this holiday home is located in the countryside, there are no street names and it is not accessible by public transport. The property is private and although there are houses in the area, none are in the immediate vicinity.
Pool season: usually from 01 April to 31 October

Your on-site support speaks German, English and Spanish. We will meet you at an easy to find place, drive with you to your holiday home, hand you the keys and tell you all the special features of the house and the surroundings. If there should be any problem, we will be at your disposal by e-mail and/or telephone.
Due to legal regulations in Andalusia we need the following information from all tenants before arrival: First name, surname, sex, date of birth, ID number and the date of issue as well as the e-mail address and mobile phone number of the main tenant for contact purposes.
Please note: The handing over of the keys on your arrival day is possible from 16:00 to 22:00. After 22:00 there is a night surcharge of 30,- Euro and between 24:00 and 01:00 a night surcharge of 50,- Euro. It is not possible to hand over the keys or arrive at the house after 1:00.
This property requires a deposit of €400 in cash upon arrival. The deposit will be refunded by bank transfer, once it has been found that there are no damages, within a maximum period of 2 weeks.
If you bring a dog with you (if allowed according to the property description), a deposit of 200,- Euro and 8,- Euro per night of additional rent will be charged. Please inform us BEFORE booking about the dog breed/type, size, long or short hair!
On the day of your arrival and departure we will read the electricity meter
together with you. If the consumption is higher than the amount included in the
rental price (150 kw per week), an additional payment in cash on site (0,70 Euro
per kw) will be due for this part of the consumption. With reasonable
electricity consumption, you can expect approx. 100 - 200 kw per week.- Pet allowed Payment 8,00 € per pet per night
