Integrating rustic wooden and stone accents with modern design, the villa consists of a living room, a large dining area with access to the terrace, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, coffee machine and microwave, 6 bedrooms (2 with one double bed each and 4 with 2 single beds each) as well as 4 bathrooms.

The spacious villa can therefore accommodate 12 people.

Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite and cable television, as well as workout equipment.

Furthermore, the property is especially child-friendly, as it offers a baby cot, a children's bed, and a highchair as well as children’s books and toys.

The fenced, outdoor area of the villa is a true holiday oasis: relax on the sun loungers of the large terrace on warm afternoons, stroll through the garden lined with beautiful, native plants, and refresh yourself in the cool water of the pool, which is open all year round.

In the evenings, prepare delicious meals together in the spacious barbecue area and enjoy them from the long table of the terrace, which offers stunning views of the ocean’s glittering water. A fantastic selection of shops, restaurants, bars and cafes can be found in the centre of Arrecife, which is about 4 km or a 6-minute drive away.

Of course the absolute highlight is the proximity to the golden sands of the local beach: just on the other side of the street, about 50 m from your front door, Playa Honda awaits your visit. Parking spaces are available on the property as well as on the street.
