Only the guests specified in the contract are permitted on the property. Children, infants and babies must also be specified as individual persons. In case of overcrowding, Holidu or the host is entitled to demand additional payment for the respective period of time. The landlord is also entitled to expel the excess persons from the property.
Casa Aguila is located in the Campo ("in the country") of Cómpeta, a small but very beautiful mountain village in Andalusia, at the very bottom of southern Spain. Here you can recharge your batteries and recover from the stress of everyday life. Nobody tells you when to have breakfast, there is no dress code and no pool opening hours - you can organise your holiday exactly the way you want it. And if you feel like it, you can go to Cómpeta where you can buy everything you need in less than 10 minutes. The beaches and the small picturesque bays of the Mediterranean (Costa del Sol) can be reached in about half an hour.
From Cómpeta, one of the more famous Andalusian "pueblos blancos", it takes less than 10 minutes to reach Casa Aguila. Except for a short section of about 100 meters (at ground level and quite easy to drive on) the road to Cómpeta is completely tarred or concreted.
Through an entrance gate one drives to the generous parking lot in front of the house. The small garage is not rented, because the owners have deposited their personal belongings here. Nevertheless, there is enough space for several rental cars.
The view to the Mediterranean Sea, especially to the big bay of Torre del Mar is already breathtaking on a clear day. On particularly clear days the Atlas Mountains in Africa are also clearly visible. In winter, the 2,065 meter high Maroma - the highest mountain in the area - is covered with a white cap. And the sunsets are simply wonderfully romantic.
In summer (July and August) the pool is cleaned about 1-2 times, in the not so hot months the pool boy usually comes by once a week. A small, mobile weaver grill is part of the equipment of Casa Aguila, as well as an outdoor shower, 6 sun loungers and 1-2 parasols.
The living room with the slightly separated dining area is generously arranged and from here, one can get straight to the pool terrace but also to the winter garden. German SAT-TV, a stereo system and air conditioning (warm/cold) are also available here. At all windows of the house there are fly screens to protect against mosquitoes.
The winter garden is the ideal place to enjoy the sun in the transitional periods, even if it is a little colder or windier outside. After all, the sun shines on the Costa del Sol on approximately 320 days. From the winter garden you can directly access the pool terrace and the entrance area where your rental car is located. The access directly into the house leads also over the winter garden to the front door.
The kitchen is located just to the left of the front door and is equipped with everything you need for your holiday. In a room, which can be accessed from the pool terrace, is the washing machine, a second refrigerator and a freezer.
From the master bedroom with the en-suite bathroom you can access the terrace with the private pool. The ideal idea to wake up in the morning and see the terrace with the pool! In all three bedrooms there are double beds, which are approx. 1.5 m wide and 2 m long. Furthermore, each bedroom has air conditioning (hot/cold), a ceiling fan and a wardrobe, which was purchased in 2019.
General information
A rental car or private car is mandatory as this holiday home is located in the Campo, there are no street names and it is not accessible by public transport. Accordingly, the stored data in Google Maps can only be seen as a rough indication of the location. You live here alone, but not lonely, because there are of course other houses in the (near) surroundings. the surroundings.
Pool season: usually from 01. May to 31.October
Internet (WLAN): 4,- Euro per day, payable in cash on site
Your local support speaks German, English and Spanish. We will meet you at an easy to find place, drive with you to your holiday home, hand you the keys and tell you all about the house and the surroundings. If there should be a problem, we will be happy to assist you by e-mail and/or telephone.
Due to legal regulations in Andalusia we need the following information from all tenants before arrival: First name, surname, sex, date of birth, complete address, identity card number, date of issue and the date of issue of the identity card as well as for contacting the main tenant's e-mail address and mobile phone number.
Please note: keys can be handed over on the day of arrival from 16:00 to 22:00. After 22:00 there is a night supplement of 50, - Euro and between 24:00 and 01:00 there is a night supplement of 80, - Euro. It is NOT possible to hand over the keys or to arrive at the house when your flight lands after 23:00 as scheduled. So if you have a night flight arriving later than 23.00 in Malaga we recommend you to book a hotel room directly at the airport!
Note on the electricity costs:
On your arrival and departure day the owner will read the electricity meter together with you. The consumed electricity costs are completely settled with the customer at the end of the holiday (0.39 cents p. KW). With economical or reasonable electricity consumption you can expect about 150 kw per week.
Please note that a deposit of 400€ must be paid in cash on arrival. The deposit will be refunded by bank transfer, once it has been verified that there are no damages, within a maximum period of 2 weeks.
