This cozy 170m2 Chalet is located in the town of Bellagio near Lake Como in Italy's scenic northern province of Lombardy. The small Villa, which is Alpine style and located in a forest setting, consists of a living room with a fireplace (on ground floor; no wood provided), a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher (dining room on ground floor), 3 bedrooms (on the first floor) as well as one bathroom and an additional toilet (main bathroom on the first floor) and can therefore accommodate 8 people. The villa features television, a fan, a small reading area, and has a washing machine. The villa is suitable for children; a baby bed (€30 per stay) and a highchair are available (both upon request). Guests can enjoy the panoramic view of the mountain from the villa's long wooden balcony or retire outdoors to enjoy the forest quietude of the furnished garden. A variety of restaurants, bars, and shops are right outside the door or within a 10 km radius (15 minute drive) of the property. A minute's walk away is a farm and a little further away is an agritourism, where you can buy organic products and taste the local produce. At 5 minutes by car you will find a grocery store, with a butcher shop renowned for the excellent quality of its products.Beaches on nearby Lake Como include Spiaggia Publica di Bellagio, just 14 minutes (9 km) away by car while Mayos Beach is just a 23 minute (17 km) drive. The area offers many outdoor distractions. The Parco Bellavista Park is just 1 minute (150 meters) away by car and one can enjoy the sun and fresh air along the Civenna hiking path just a 1 minute (400 meter) drive away. For winter sports, the San Primo ski resort is just 13 minutes (7.3 km) away by car. Bresso Airport is about 1 hour (60 km) away from the property.

Parking spaces are available on the property as well as outside the property on the street (1, maximum 2 spaces on the property). Towels are included in the price.
