The holiday home "Villa Sa Portassa" for 8 persons with air conditioning and a large private pool is located close to the old city walls of "Alcudia" and offers you the opportunity to enjoy the services of the historic old town in the evening. The holiday home villa for sole use is located on a plot of about 2000 sqm and has a living area of about 255 sqm on two levels. Restaurants and supermarkets are about 300 meters away from the house.

On the ground floor there is a living room with comfortable sofa elements around the fireplace, satellite TV and air conditioning. Also you will find the fully equipped kitchen with electric cooker and ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and a dining table with chairs. The general small kitchen appliances such as coffee machine, kettle and toaster are available in the modern kitchen as well as all necessary cooking utensils needed for self-catering. A washing machine and an ironing set are also available in the holiday home finca, as well as free WLAN Internet (WIFI). The living room and the kitchen have an exit to the covered terrace in front.

There is a bedroom with air conditioning and double bed of 180x200cm, and a bathroom on the ground floor. On the upper floor you will find the three other double bedrooms, also all with air conditioning, and another bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a double bed of 160x200cm and the other two have a double bed of 180x200cm and access to the terrace.

Furthermore, there are two large covered terraces in the beautifully designed outdoor area, both nicely furnished, for relaxing and unwinding. A large, private pool of 12.00 x 8.00 meters and a depth of 1.30-1.80 meters forms the central point of the very well-kept garden. Sun loungers and parasol are also available here, as well as an outdoor shower right by the pool. A bricked and roofed barbecue area is of course also available for joint barbecue evenings.
